KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the entire part-time recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
Prepare regular HR reports.
Conduct market data research to identify trends in talent acquisition strategies.
Refine HR templates such as onboarding materials, referral bonus scheme, etc.
Participate in ad hoc HR projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
A passion in our brands and industry!
Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period
Proficient in English
A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
